• Lead engagements from operational discovery and process design through architecture, implementation, rollout, and continuous improvement
• Design systems spanning e-commerce, procurement, inventory, logistics, project operations, finance, and accounting
• Deliver integrations with shops, marketplaces, 3PLs, procurement networks, accounting systems, and other operational software

• Built a 40+ rule VAT automation system and standardized the financial data model for pricing, quoting, and invoicing

• Developed CO₂ tracking and truck-delay prediction products while leading cross-border engineering teams

• Co-founded a govtech platform for financial data transparency, hired and led the seven-person core team, and defined product strategy

• Secured EU funding through a successful ProFIT application
